Preparing for legislation

Whilst we really enjoy preparing for and delivering interactive webinars, we do hope that 2022 gives us the opportunity to hold more in-person workshops.
We always get great feedback and are inspired ourselves by the enthusiasm and ideas of so many of the participants.
We were fortunate to have the opportunity to have attended a Travel without Plastic workshop in St. Augustine, Florida in April 2019. This was great to learn new initiatives that we can use in our resorts and a great networking opportunity to meet people with the same sustainability goals.
Due to having extensive experience of implementing single-use plastic and other waste reduction initiatives with hotels globally, their Founder Jo was able to share practical, cost effective examples that could be implemented quickly and easily by hospitality businesses.

“The Travel Foundation worked with Travel Without Plastic in February 2021 to deliver a webinar to hoteliers in Cyprus. Jo brought a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience and was a pleasure to work with throughout. The webinar was very well-received by the participants who especially valued the practical tips for reducing plastic, the real-life examples from other hotels and the opportunity to discuss challenges and solutions with peers. Highly recommended!”
